Both boys made Varsity team! Clayton had six kids in his class he had to beat out. One senior, one junior, one sophomore and two freshman. He is the 135lb.
Cameron had a few in his class to wrestle off and he won. He is the 103
They both passed Hydration and body fat %. Clayton certified at 130.
Cameron at 103. They both had a rough week making it. Only eating fruit and veges and protein. They did drink water.
The good thing is they get 2lbs weight allowance after Christmas and 2 more at the end of January.
It is such a disciplined sport. I know others may not understand but they are very dedicated and we have educated our self's on how to safely loose the weight.
They never went a day without eating. They just cut out salt and sugar. They ate small meals through out the day. They train an average of 30 hours a week on top of school. Cameron just lettered for his past Freshman year in both Wrestling and more important Academics.

WRESTLING

LETS GET READY TO WRESTLE!
wrestling season has begun. Wrestle offs are next week and so is Hydration testing. Cameron is going to wrestle 103 and Clayton is certifying at 130 but will wrestle off the first time at 135. He has a shot making varsity.
Cameron had a rough start. He was quit ill with an unknown illness. Had two biopsy"s done and lots of testing. Something was attacking his joints and he got very painful lesions all over them. He is on the road to recovery but not yet 100%. It is going to be a exciting year.

sunday football
Colby had his third game of the season. They lost so the record is now 2-1. It was a beautiful day for football. Sunny and warm. The kids played hard and did great. They had a lot of fun. Colby plays center so it is hard to get pictures of him because he is sandwiched in the middle. Cameron was the photographer today. The one picture of them he is the front one with white shoes. He just hiked the ball is about to block the nose guard. The other one is right before the game eating a banana.

recovery
I recently spent 12 days in the hospital. I am being tested for adrenal insufficiency. I went for testing for that yesterday. I had to get blood drawn then I had to get a shot then wait 30 minutes get more blood drawn then wait 30 more minutes then get more drawn. I am a hard person to get blood from I have bad veins. It took almost 10 tries and I hope it worked cause we went over the time limit.
I hope I have an answer next week. If I have this which is also called Addison's disease. I will be put on steroids for the rest of my life.
I just want an answer. They are still looking at MS.
I also had my gallbladder taken out. This made my recovery slower. I still do not have any appetite. I am still have lots of nausea.
I am getting around with a cane. I am in outpatient physical therapy.
Thank you for everyones's good wishes.

WOW camp
This past weekend I went on my 3rd annual WOW (woman of wilderness) camp trip in the mountains of North Carolina. I spent from Friday through Monday in the most beautiful setting. This could have not been possible without the help from my family. My son Cameron was my sit in for my other two sons making sure they got to their football practice and other activities. He was real great and I am very thankful.
I enjoyed Hiking, swimming, rope swinging horseback riding, camping outside, getting a fish pedicure, white water rafting and doing crafts. I ate the most healthy food and it was great. I came home with skinned knees just like a kid. I felt like a kid again and I recommend this to any woman.
